Attaining an 80 percent or higher pass rate in all of the following; tariff interpretation, principles of valuation and origin, introduction to entry preparation and the use of online system to be approved as a user. Participants are also encouraged to bring along a laptop, power cord, notepad, and an e-copy of the HS Tariff 2017 Consolidated 1st June 2018.
